Carmen Vasquez, executive chef of Yafo Kitchen in Charlotte, talked with the kids about cooking, careers as a chef and working in the restaurant industry.
She made a delicious Greek orzo salad for all to share. Campers visited Jubilee Farms in Chester, S.C., where they were able to brush the horses.
