CHARLOTTE — Inclement weather didn’t stop the members of St. Joseph Vietnamese Church in Charlotte from participating in the Stations of the Cross on Good Friday. The grounds of the parish are surrounded by massive outdoor scuptures of the Stations of the Cross. Members bundled up from the strong winds and prayed as they remembered Jesus' Passion and death.
