ARDEN — Grand Knight Zach Carter of Knights of Columbus Council 8923, affiliated with St. Barnabas Church in Arden, presented a $500 check in conjunction with the Food For Families program to Catholic Charities Diocese of Charlotte’s Western Regional Office’s Food pantry Nov. 8.
Accepting the donation was Director Deacon Mark Nash and Case Manager Coordinator Christy Rhodes. The donation came just in time for the Thanksgiving and Christmas holidays.

JEFFERSON — Twelve members of Knights of Columbus Council 16839, affiliated with St. Francis of Assisi Church in Jefferson, recently completed the first and second degrees of the order.
