MORGANTON — The Father William T. McShea Council of the Knights of Columbus presented the Pregnancy Care Center of Burke County with a check for $2,000 at the council’s monthly meeting Sept. 19.
The funds were raised through donations by the members of St. Charles Borromeo Church during a Baby Bottle Drive from Mother’s Day to Father’s Day this year.
The council said it is proud to be able to help this extraordinary Pregnancy Care Center as it works to help needy mothers and families that choose life, with all of its beautiful possibilities.
