CHARLOTTE — Young adults attended a talk hosted by Juventutem Charlotte at St. Ann Parish Feb. 5 on the topic of the Eastern Catholic Churches and Divine Liturgy.
Father Joseph Matlak, from St. Basil Byzantine Catholic Church in Charlotte, gave a presentation on the history and distinctions of the Eastern Churches, the Byzantine Divine Liturgy and its connection to the Latin Rite Masses, particularly the Extraordinary Form (Latin) Mass.
