BELMONT — The St. John Paul II Foundation, in collaboration with the Diocese of Charlotte and Belmont Abbey College, present the first “Converging Roads” health care ethics conference on Saturday, April 14.
The conference’s theme will focus on human dignity at the end of life, and continuing education credits for healthcare professionals will be offered.
Speakers include: Grattan T. Brown, S.T.D., associate professor and chair of theology at Belmont Abbey College; Michael J. Brescia, M.D., executive medical director of Calvary Hospital in Bronx, N.Y.; Natalie Rodden, M.D., palliative medicine physician at St. Anthony North Health Campus in Westminster, Colo., and more. The conference will take place from 8:45 a.m. to 6:15 p.m.
